By accessing or using Alpha Investing ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@alphainvesting.app.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Premium) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe, Apple, or Google Play.
• Free trials: Basic — 14 days; Pro — 7 days; Premium — none. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel from your account settings.
• Refunds are handled per the applicable app store policy (Apple/Google) or at our discretion for Stripe web checkout.
• Past-due accounts have a 7-day grace period before downgrade to Free.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Service.
• Share your account with others or use automated tools beyond the documented API.
• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe third-party rights.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI agents produce analysis based on public market data. The output is informational only, not financial advice. See our Financial Disclaimer.

6. Halal Compliance

Alpha Investing screens stocks per AAOIFI Shariah methodology. While we strive for accuracy, we are not a religious authority. Consult your own Shariah scholar for definitive rulings.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service code, designs, models, and analysis belong to Alpha Investing or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service per these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Investing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits from trading decisions made based on our analysis. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for legal reasons. You can terminate at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes = acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where Alpha Investing is registered. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
